Pulse is a leading telecom company in the international calling field and launched a premier VOiP service for their customers that allowed them to save even more. In a VOiP arena where most sites look the same (and copy Vonage), Pulse wanted to stand out. The redesign was spearheaded by myself and involved strategic direction for online media, creative direction and information architecture to make their shopping process easy and efficient for their clients.
